Your Order

In addition to your letterhead, please provide a set of legal documents to be served; and provide an additional copy of the First Page of each document for our records.

Affidavit or Return of Service

If your office or court has a specific Affidavit or Return of Service that is required, please include when sending your case. If not, Affordable Process Service, Inc. will send you our detailed Return accepted by most all courts. This can be tailored to your needs.

Personal or Substitute Service

Personal Service - In hand to the subject only!
Substitute Service - Deliverable to a family member or co-occupant over the age of 18, if the subject is not available.

Payment

Prepayment is Requested. Invoicing can be discussed to meet the needs of the attorney.

Witness Fees

Our office can front Witness Fees upon request.
